Gel or wax for thick, curly, hair?

i'm a guy. My hair is really thick and its a little curly but not too curly What should I use to acheive that messy "I dont care what my hair looks like yet I buy products to make it look that way" look?

Either one is fine, a light gel will work and waxes are good to just be careful how much you use. A dime size is really all you need.

I know the feelin i have the same kind of hair, mine is thick and curly, but it depends on how much u wash and condition your hair, personally a gel will give it the wet and shiny look and a pomade will let u style and hold the style to whatever look u going for, try both and see which one make u happy, but buy the products that say for curly hair, they work better i think

Neither,for that type of hair the perfect thing is moose or spray.Example:spray:Finesse spray,moose:Suave hair moose.

I would use mousse because it isnt as greasy and when I use it, my hair looks a mess! Gel makes it come out perfect. Try mousse...thats the only thing that would work.
