Hiiiii.I was just wondering because i wash my hair daily but not with shampoo but with conbditioner and i have really curly hair it seems to look good but i heard shampooing daily is bad .Thnx!!

Well it isn't bad to shampoo every day if you have a mild shampoo. and shampoo does get rid of oils, while conditioner just mosturizes your hair, so doesn't that mean you're not getting rid of oil that's built up?

I have really curly hair and only wash it with shampoo 2-3 times a week because using shampoo everyday drys it out. As I'm sure you know once you sleep on curly hair you look like the bride of Frankenstein, so on the days I don't shampoo I rinse it out and condition it.

Yes. I have curly hair and my hair stylist advised me to condition only on some days so that I'm not shampooing every day.

shampooing daily will dry out your hair. wetting w/ conditioner every day is fine because it hydrates hair. you should shampoo every other day for curly hair if not every two days. :)

yeah, because shampoo dries out your hair out if you use it daily, and if ur only using conditioner, you're technically not washing ur hair, just moisturizing it! i have really curly hair too, and i only wash my hair every 3 days. sounds good to me! ;)

Hi, I have lots of curly hair, and thats exactly what I do. I got some good tips from my hair salon, and now I rarely if ever use shampoo. Its simply not good for curly hair. Its only dries it out. When I first stopped using shampoo, I noticed a huge difference in how my hair became so much more manageable, and smooth.

If you just condition, it will get dirtier. And it will look greasy and stringy.

Try shampoo everyother day and conditioning everytime you shower. Along with the shampoos!
