How to get my naturally curly hair back?

I got a perm when i was in the seventh grade and i continued until the ninth grade now i havent had a perm since january 2007 will my naturally curly hair back my hair has curled a lot but not how it used to be will it ever be the same and when i wash it gets curly but when it drys out it gets poofy so how can i get it to look like this

i have curly hair that goes frizzy but it doesn't any more here's why

i only use shampoo

and then a leave in conditioner

then i never brush my hair instead i flip my head upside down and run my fingers through

let your hair air dry but if you must use a blow dryer use it on low and get a defuser

try this for a week and you will see it is great
