those pictures aren't even a good representation. its soo curly, and unmanagable. i usually straighten it, which takes hours. i have also tried just about every single product known. i have gotten my hair permanetly straightened, which didn't even work.

HELP! please!!!

At least you don't have tight curls! Lol, I suggest going to the salon and they'll use a dull razor to thin out your hair because it's pretty thick. then go home and use slick and shine from Herbal essences as shampoo and conditioner.

1. air-dry your hair just until it becomes damp. Take Slick and Shine mousse and put it in your damp hair from root to tip

2. with a wide tooth comb or fingers, detangle your hair and comb the mousse through.

3. wait for your hair to dry then find a product that protects hair against heat and put it in your hair.

4. straighten your hair with a blow dryer that has a comb head attachment or a regular straightener.

5, add a little bit of slick and straight mouse so that your hair isn't parched.

6. style your hair as usual

this is what i do and I'm good to go, you have gorgeous locks of hair, on a bad day when you don't have time to tame it but it in a scrunchy bun with pieces of hair framing your face! Hope my tips help.

I am mixed of two races, black/white, and I have extremely curly, wild hair. Not even a relaxer can really tame it. I usually wear a ponytail but right now I have braids. I also get it cut into a bob and just spend hours blow drying and straight ironing it for it to be straight. But, I noticed that I wear it natural alot just because of time... I wash, condition, moisturize, mousse and go. Maybe you were just meant to be curly. Don't fight it, just work with it to your advantage. Curly is sooo cute!

Your hair is beautiful! Mine wont do anything either! But it is stick straight... I would just stay away from using a bunch of products because it will give you unhealthy looking hair and possibly fry it... the only thing I can think of is Sunsilk...GOOD LUCK!

have you tried making the most of your curls and srunching it to make it ringlets.

If it wont straighten then theres no point battling everyday against it.

However, in saying that I dont believe your hair cant be straightened, have you used good straightners; like CHI's? I have a friend with ringlet hair and she can straighten hers when she needs to.

So you need help huh? You're hair is not curly, it's crimpy. I have very crimpy hair too. The thing you need to do is go to a hair salon, Make them layer it and then straighten it. If you layer it, It'll be much thinner. If it's thinner than you can straighten it very well. But most times CRIMPY hair cannot be straightened. Unless you shave your head and wait for it to grow back differently. Good Luck!

I have the same issues as you with my hair. It is curly/wavy and makes me so mad! So I usually straighten it as well. But now I have a solution to make it look cute and frizz-free. The other day I bought some curl mousse (by the brand Stiff @#!%) and just scrunch it into my hair. My hair looks cute and frizz-free afterwards. You could just go to a drugstore and look for a curl mousse for your hair, or any other type of product that works for your hair type. Experiment, and have fun! Hope this helps :o)

go japanese, my hair is HELLA curly and i got a japanese permanent system done on my hair and now its straight and pretty %26amp;%26amp; for frizz control i use biosilk. which leaves my hair shiney and is a heat protectant.

i have the same kinda hair but worse... lol i did the chi japanesse straightening. although expensive - it has worked wonders for my hair. the biggest thing is i can come of the shower and my hair will dry straight and not turn frizzy in humid weather. however.................... the roots do grow in curly so i need to have it touched up every three months. again. costly and time consuming - about 4-5 hours each time. but i would never go back to curly again. the other plus is that if i do feel like some curls i can still curl it with a curling iron and they will stay.

I don't think you have crazy curly hair. Try Garnier hair products to scrunch your hair curly. If you want to straighten it tryu blow drying or even a really good hair straightener like GHD or even CHI, kust go for the wide plates and it shouldn't take too long.

OMG... i totally no how u feel! my hair is all ova the place!!..lol i used 2 straitin mine 2 but every time it got wet i had 2 do it again but it took 4eva so now ill tell u how i manage it

1.only brush it when its wet

2.when it drys put sunsilk straitin up in it (u can get tht @ walmart it cums in a purple bottle) make sure u put ALOT in it works really well

I suggest purchasing a wet-to-straight flat iron. You can get a good one for about $25 at Target. Usually even people with curly hair have straight hair when it is wet, so go from wet straight to dry straight! The real key to using a flat iron like that is sectioning. You have to section out your hair and straighten it section by section or it will turn out frizzy. Make sure to use a heat hair protection serum so that it doesn't leave any damage if you accidently put it on too high of a setting. Also, be careful when straightening your hair with a wet-to-straight because the steam from your hair moisture will be released in vents at the top of the straightener and its uber hot, so be careful. I use one all the time because I have naturally wavy hair so it works nicely. Enjoy!

I use conditioner in my hair every day. I use pantene mousse for curly hair and spray it with pantene flexiable hairspray while my hair is damp. I have tried other mousses and hairsprays I think pantene works best because it doesn' make your hair sticky or real stiff. I don't blow dry my hair either. It causes your hair to frizz.

hey girlie! well ima try n help u out.. the best product ive ever used is the straightening oil from BED HEAD. it will work on nething. so put that on first when ur hair is damped, then blow dry til its almost dry (not all the way dry). then comb it out. then ur gona start straightening ur hair from ur neck and work ur way up. part ur hair from 1 side of ur head to the other side goin from left to right. straighten one inch of hair each time. grab that 1 inch piece of hair and put the straightener as close as u can to ur scalp and work ur way down extremely slow. do that about 2-3 times on each piece. steam may start to come out of the straightener but dont worry its just steam lol not smoke. once u start straightening ur hair ALOT, it will start to be trained to stay straight. also it depends on the straightener ur using.. the best one out there is REVELON. its a black one and its heavy. ;P
