i have wavy hair but not that wavy but its deffinatly not pin straight.. i want really curly hair like oprah winfrey and 10 times curlier.. what can i do?

My hair varies between wavy and straight girl, I know where you're coming from.
Pin-curl it. You get a load of bobby pins (some say not to use them because it dents your curl but I have never noticed it and I use barrettes) or barrettes of some kind, and twist your hair around your finger while it's wet, then pin it to your scalp. Do so with all your hair, then sleep on it or let it dry. When it's dry, unclip it, and voila! Your hair is super curly. :)
That, or buy a curling iron.

Get a perm from a salon that does hair for colored people. They are also great with braids and hair extensions.
