How to harness naturally curly hair?

I see alot of ppl who know how to control thier naturally curly hair, they make it so it still looks kinda wet but its all in place and neat, do you know what I mean? My hair is naturally wavy, very thick, and frizzy, how can I harness that natural curl so that everything ends up looking nice and clean?

USE GEL....OR MOUSSE....THERES A LOT OF GOOD SPRAY GELS YOU CAN USE PUT IT ON WHEN YOUR HAIR IS WET AND JUST USE A PICK OR FINGER (NEVER BRUSH IT WITH A HAIRBRUSH) TO GET IT THROUGH HAIR AND LET DRY

you need proper hair styling for that

This style can be tried using traditional rag rollers. If your hair is waist length or longer, rag rollers would be a nice way to create curls.

Start by washing hair with shampoo and conditioner designed for your type, texture and current condition of hair.

Blot the hair with towel and gently squeeze excess moisture.Let hair air dry until 80-90% dry.Begin workin from one side of the head to the other using a wide tooth comb or hair pick and separate hair into 1-2 inch sections.Starting at the end of the hair section, roll the hair around the strip of your prepared rag curlers. With rag curlers one can make the hair sections as large or small as you wish as long as your strip of rag is long enough to completely encase your hair.

Roll the section of hair up from the ends to your scalp. The tighter you roll the rag curler, the tighter the resulting curl. You can either secure the rag curlers with bobby pins or you can tie them at the ends to hold them in place against the scalp. When your entire head has been put in rollers, have to wait few hrs or sit under a hood dryer on medium heat to get the curls to "set".

Hey tell me if it works, i found good results.good luck.

i also have naturally thick and curly hair. It used to be frizzy but now what i do is Shampoo and condition it in the shower when i get out i spray in leave in conditioner and then i put in a serum so it doesn't get frizzy, After it dries i lightly spray it with a hair spray to make sure it doesn't frizz at all during the day. Then for the whole day my hair doesn't frizz and looks super healthy.

i also have very thick and curly hair. i use thermasilk mousse and loreal pumpin' curls. when i get finished washing it, i brush through it one time while it is still wet. if i brush it out when it is dry it'll look like a pomaranian dog sitting on top of my head! i put the mousse on when my hair is wet ( after i brush through), then flip my head over and scrunch/shake/toussle my hair a little and then flip back upright to spray it with a little hairspray. then i flip it over again and blow dry upside down for a few minutes and then upright for a few minutes. after it dries pretty much all the way through, i use the pumpin curls to tame a little. just by spraying a little and gently scrunching my hair a few times. then hands off.

2 tips on blow drying: #1 keep your hands out! if you keep touching my hair it will get frizzier. try to keep your hands out as much as you can. #2 never blow dry up...meaning never hold your dryer at the bottom of your hair pointed towards the top. hold the dryer at the top of your head pointing down to the end of your locks.

and if all of this doesn't work you can still think about using a straightner like i do sometimes! good luck!
