my curls aren't as curly and my hair dries out very quick

So, this past month i deciced to go back to wear my hair natural

without any dyes or perms. But i still have some brakeage from all chemical i have put in my hair and my haven't been the same since. I haven't used any chemicals in my hair for about a year the coming april. I need help!!

I think you should oil them more often and use a shampoo for chemically treated hair.

apply coconut oil every night before u go to sleep

dont blow dry ur hair

dont apply any hairstyling products

My hair is long but not exactly in the best condition. I don't color it anymore and the natural hair is in good condition for about four inches then gets kinda dry the rest of the way down. To avoid the feeling of wanting to cut it or color it, which always ruins it, I purchased human hair extensions and I just add some in the back to add volume and make it more manageable. They are the clip on kind and look totally natural. This is the only for me to feel confident until my hair grows all the way out.
